New Hampshire Call to Action: Oppose SB 105 which would treat vaping like smoking for the purpose of banning indoor use.

New Hampshire SB 105, a bill that would include the use of e-cigarettes in the state’s indoor smoking act and prohibit vaping in thousands of NH businesses and workplaces, has been scheduled for a hearing on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2015 in Room 101, Legislative Office Building, at 1:20 PM.

Please take this opportunity to send a message to your senator and the members of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee expressing opposition to this bill.

We are also anticipating a tax on e-liquid to be introduced as part of the 2016 state budget.  As soon as language is available and we’ve had time to review it, we will update this call to action.

(Writing Tip #1) If you have a lot to say, please craft your email in a separate word doc and then copy/paste it into the field provided.  If you take too long, they system will time out and you will lose your work.

(Writing Tip #2) Although we've provided a prewritten email with compelling talking points, we would strongly encourage you to edit the email because personalized communications to legislators are far more persuasive than form letters.  At a minimum, PLEASE INSERT YOUR PERSONAL STORY (just a few sentences) in the text of your email.
