SB 463 would deceptively redefine “Tobacco” to include “electronic nicotine delivery systems” (or ENDS). By altering this definition in Chapter 44 of the states general laws, SB 463 would be subjecting vapor products to the states 80% wholesale tax on tobacco products.
SB 463 is scheduled for a hearing on Tuesday, April 5th.
Please take action NOW by sending a message to your senator urging them to oppose this bill.
