RI - Take action to oppose a ban on vaping indoors (H 7664)

S 2293 is the senate companion bill to H 7664. Both bills would prohibit vaping in all enclosed public places in Rhode Island -- with no exemption for vapor shops. S 2293 is scheduled for a hearing on:


At “Rise of the Senate”
(typically 4:30 PM or later)
Senate Committee on Health & Human Services
Senate Lounge - State House


Please make plans to attend this hearing. Even if you do not plan to speak, your presence is important as it demonstrates the large numbers of people engaged in and affected by this issues. Please dress appropriately and refrain from vaping in the state house.


Take action NOW by sending an email to committee members and your senator urging them to oppose S 2293.

House Health, Education, and Welfare committee, Room 101
(There are several bills on the agenda. Even if you have to arrive late, you may still be able to speak)
